Turbo paid, not send

About 2 months ago, my Audi turbo seized, I got hold of this Micheal Steyn (Mike), on the website OLX South Africa he told me he has a turbo already packed and ready to be sent, I just need to send the money, on 24/09/2013 I paid $5500.00 into his bank account, with an extra amount of $300 to transfer the money from Namibia to South Africa. After 2 weeks I asked him is the package send telephonically, he said it should almost be here in Namibia, After a few days I emailed him and asked for a waybill, then he wrote that was a China made turbo and that's bad quality, he had to go to PE for a new one, a few days later he said he must pay my money back, he doesn't reply my emails or answer his phone, last week I send him a mail that I will take further steps against him, he replied back that I musn't threat him in the email he also used swearing words, what must I do, how can I get my money back, I have all the emails and the payment receipts.
