On Tuesday 22 Oct my express shipment cleared customs. On 24 Oct I phoned to find out where the parcel was and was told it cleared and will be delivered on the day. On 25 Oct I phoned to be told it was cleared that day to be delivered on the day. I phoned at 2pm, only to be told it is at the Pretoria warehouse. Phone the warehouse, no parcel. On Monday 28 Oct I phoned customer service to hear it has been cleared on the 28th, will be delivered on Monday. Phoned again at 2pm open a tracking case asign a tracing agent, with a promise to be called back within 2 hours. No call-back (none since my initial inquiries). On Tuesday 29th I call continually to speak to my tracing agent - only to be told again and again that he's line is busy he will return my call. At 1pm I get told after my 5th call to them that he is on leave. I demand to speak to the supervisor who promises to call back. I phone again at 15:50, the supervisor has already left work for the day. It is now 8 days since my last update from DHL. Where is my parcel? Why does no one take responsibility or call me back? Terrible service!!
