Worst service eve

Discovery Insurance sent my car here after I had a smash. They quoted to have my aircon regas'd as part of the quote. When I got my car back the air didn't work at all. After complaining I was told I have to take my car back for a day. As I had returned the rented car already I complained I couldn't take time off work again. They weren't bothered. I called my insurance and told them they had been ripped off it they had regas'd my air they would of realized that it wasn't working. They arranged for the company to collect my car at 8am to have if fixed at 11:40am it still hadn't been collected. When my mom who had stayed home to hand car over said she had been waiting since 8am the driver said to her 'so! I don't only work for you! '

I am utterly shocked at how unprofessional this company behaves when I asked to speak to management they said there wasn't anyone available.
