Chevrolet Opel & Isuzu
BAD SERVICE

Cars & Transport

I took my car for its 45000 km service on 1 October 2013. I got my car back just before 5 and when I got back at work and looked inside, it was stamped wrong in stead of 45000 km they stamped 90000 km. I immediately phoned the dealership and told them. I was advised to go back so it could be fixed. I went back it was stamped at 45 000 but the 90 000 would be fixed next time. I complained at the manager Hennie with example to if i had to sell my car and his response was "tell them it was a fault" and "what must i do" I asked for a new service book, which i only got a month later AFTER phoning Chevy SA, now i am informed they only stamp the service i did with them the other service is my responsibility which means i have to go to Welkom FS for the 30 000 service and then to Secunda MP for the firts 2 as i am the 2nd owner and previously lived in Welkom and now in Bronkhorspruit. So in conclusion i must pay for there Mistake's. I KNOW for a fact that Mercedes and BMW in a case like this just Transfers the stamp in to the new Book so why don's Chevy do it!! is this the kind of service to expect in the future!!!
