Waiting for my deposit for a month now

I'm waiting for my deposit for a month now. About 2 weeks ago I phoned Europcar and spoke to Precious. I updated my banking details and was promissed the the matter will be resolved in 3 working days. I phoned them again today and they promissed to phone me back. I'm still waiting...
