Realy help you get onto your Bike

I bought a Suzuki Boulavard at Cayenne Kyalami and received the Bike on the 8th October. The team belled me off with a bang but as I drove passed the gate the bike went dead. Immediately they apologised and pushed the bike back to the workshop. Repairs where done swiftly on the immobiliser and away I go for the second time. About 5 km from Cayenne the same thing happened so I called Berto who immediately came to my rescue. He arrived with a bike trailer and he pushed the bike onto the trailer and I must ad at that time the rain was coming down hard. He then took it back to the workshop where the staff where waiting all this now after hours. The found that the immobiliser was the problem and temporary corrected the problem. Berto brought me and my wife a nice hot cup off coffee while we were waiting and then assured me that they will fix this problem at my home.
What do they say third time lucky off I went again with a big smile.
The sales people, admin and technical people were all very skilled, professional, help full and friendly.
