Uncomplete Instalation

I baught a vehicle and the dealer arranged with Motosonic to install a blue tooth radio. When I received the vehicle the Microphone was not installed. It needed to be plugged in at the back of the radio. The technician installing the tracker unit fixed it. I phoned Pierre. He insisted that I should have waited for him to fix the problem instead of asking somoene else. He even hng up on me. I dont mind paying the guy who did the correct instalation - but at least this will give me the satisfaction of sharing my experience with others considering dealing with them.
