Excuses daily

My car broke down on monday the 21st January because of failing to engage with gears. i then called this guy called Ray @ Carworx and he arranged for my car to be towed to his workshop to do repairs. i was quoted an amount of R4750 for a clutch kit set and R2500 for labour. i immediately paid a deposit of R3625 to get the work started on the car. 2 days later i was called and told that the kit arrived but i have to add an extra R2000 for something called a concentric bearing which apparently does not come with the kit.
i grudgingly added the R2000 on Friday the 26th and i was promised the car will be finished on that friday. friday came and went without a call to advise me whether the car is ready or not. On Monday the 28th i called to check on the status of the car and i was told its not finished i will get it today (29th of Jan). still today i call since i get no updates only to be told that some stuff member did not come to work so i will get my car tomorrow. I have been without a car for the past week even after paying what i consider to be obscene amounts of money but all i get is excuses. i cannot take this anymore either i get my money back and take my car elsewhere.
