One month warranty

I was promised by the sales man (Danny) that I had a one month or 1000km guarantee on the secon hand car that i bought. I listed the machanical problems and took the vehicle back within the time frame. I was then told that there was not enough profit in the vehicle to them and they refused any assisstance. I waited 2 weeks for delivery of the cehicle after i paid for it so the problems started before i even took delivery of the vehicle. I was also promised that they would service the car and vallet the car before delivery. This also did not happen. Please can you assist me in this matter. The vehicle needs a thrust bearing on the clutch. it nedds an inner cv boot cover which is leaking. The car uses a lot of petrol (7 km on a litre), considering it is a 1200 cc motor vehicle. It needs a service and valet that was promised. It needs a bolt on the gearbox that is missing. It leaks oil and the waterpump is faulty.
