We bought a brand new Terios in 2011 with the thought of driving it for years to come
But the diff make real bad noise's and was reported straight after the car was bought. With the first service they had a look but nothing was done.
The second service once again.
After numerous of phone calls they replaced a centre portion on the diff but the noise was still there.
They replaced the centre portion once again and still an unhappy client. After numerous phone calls we were told that we can leave the car with them to replace the diff completely. Dec 2012 we left my car with them, and in Jan 2013 when we collected my car nothing was done as yet.
After numerous visits, phone calls ext they replaced the diff with a new one as they said. But the noise did not dissapear. We took the car back and reported something sounding like a bearing not being ok. It was said that the timing chain or something is faulty and they ordered one from over seas. After going fot 3 months now I still don't have my car. Yes they gave me a Kia to drive but what am I paying for. What would have happend if my car was out of warranty? Is this what Daitshu is about?
