A1 assist took by car even though I said no 3times

I repeatedly told Ash not to tow my car over the cellphone. My son was driving & because he had no license the insurance was not going to fix the car. I basically said no to this man because I know hw they operate and the exorbitant fees the charge for storage. I didn't want to go through as I am a stroke survivor, have no monthly income and live with my mom. My son was is shock, Ash played on this weakness to make him give him the car. He told my son, because Im Sanlam client he will sort something out for me and say I was driving. Only the windscreen of my car was smashed, the car could have been driven home. Because this happened on a weekend I could only phone on the Monday which already my bill was over R6000??? Where was I going to find this money. Hester the lady at Nu-Wagon also gave me the same story Ash spun my son. That we could say that I was driving to have insurance fix my car. Because I said I will not do such thing I was transferred to a lady named Joey from A1 Assist. She told me that I could have my car if I pay. Everyday they add another R200. My bill now is over R13, 000. I don't know what to do. Is this legal I even tried having a lawyer call to no avail. HELP!
