Absolute lack of service

I took my BMW to Best Auto BMW for its scheduled service. The vehicle was dropped off at 7am, I saw on the job card that they had typed aircon not working, I corrected that and explained I had a leak and where I suspect the leak may be. They assured me they would call before they do any work. Needless to say no calls from them, when I called a 1pm they had no clue of the status of the vehicle, at 4pm the same thing. I finally arrived at the dealership at 4:30pm and my car was on the workshop floor (work in progress). They then informed me they had completed the service and neglected to call before doing so and that the "machine" says my aircon is working. I had to then again explain I know it works, but it has a leak! In my dealings I spoke to the service manager and I gather some other manager, seemingly neither too phased by their poor performance. My car was finally squeezed out at 5:30pm. I was also promised a quote to replace the evaporator (guess it may be leaking) -still no quote - not surprised. The vehicle was with them for 9.5hrs for an oil change service with a few filters! Shockingly slow, expensive and unprofessional - they lived up to the reputation!
