My Air-conditioning stopped working and at the same time I picked up a petrol leak from the back. I took my vehicle to Hyundai Pinetown and asked them to investigate the leak, where I was asked who previously services my vehicle. I told them it was Springfield, so they told me I should sent my vehicle there. I sent my vehicle to Springfield, they booked it in and I was phone saying that my aircon and fuel pipe is stone damage and it would cost me 11000 rand to fix. The car 50000km on the clock, which I told them was impossible and should still be under warrantee. I left a message to HSA, who took down my number and that was the last I heard from them, posted photos of the leak etc etc. I took my vehicle to be accessed and was told it's the fuel neck and aircon isn't stone damaged. I took the vehicle to Umhlanga who sorted it out for me (this was 4 months later) and they didn't find stone damage either, I waited weeks for one part, messaged HSA again, and still no response. Your Facebook page is useless, you do not care about the customer and for that reason I will never buy a Hyundai again. The service was shocking. How can one branch not even the problem correctly? Scary!!
