Bulls Eye Auto
Car broke down the day after I bought it

Miscellaneous

I trade in a Nissan Hardbody bakkie on a Chevrolet Captiva on the 27 August 2013 and the next day 28 August 2013 the car broke down, there was a problem with the turbo.
The car was for 3 weeks in Pietermarizburg before they bring it back to Pretoria
I phone the dealer on the 14 September to cancel the deal but it was not done. I have six (6) months time to cancel the deal according to the new Consumer Act.
The car was taken to Stallion Turbo and I was promise that the car will be ready by 27 September 2013.
I contact the bank and talk to Mr Chris Coetzee who phone the dealer and was promised that the car will be repair. On the 8 October 2013 I was told by Peter of Stallion Turbo that the car will be repaired soon but they were still waiting for one part of the turbo that still faulty as someone had tried to try to fix it with super glue. Mr Pretorius and the owner of Bulls Eye promised me that the car would be repaired and I would receive the car on the 14th October 2013. I want to cancel the deal but according to Mr Pretorius I must pay R32, 000 then he will cancel the deal. They already sold the Bakkie and till today 3 December 2013 I still didn't have my car but have to pay it.
