Lost my parcel

The Post Office has lost my parcel that was sent via speed services on Monday from Vorna Valley Post Office to Bothasig Post Office. How can they loose a whole bag of mail for a specific day?? My tracking code ends in 383 if somebody actually is reading this complaint.
