Bad service

I enquired about a Kia Rio on Saturday 19 Oct from the Kempton Park dealer. The salesman told me he will bring the car to me on Monday for a test drive, but he will confirm with me before he come in order to ensure I am at home. I did not hear anything from him and had to call him in the afternoon. He then said to me that he will not be able to bring the car as promised for a test drive and one reason is because he got a meeting with round table. I could have been contacted. My need for a car is surely moved from Kia to something else. Sies man.
