Kia Paarden Eiland does not give up to the slogan... Drive away Smiling!!!

On the 16th September my car went in for it 48 month service, when I picked it up I realized that my hooter was not working, I called and took it back on the 20th to have it checked out... After all this the workshop guy informed me that they DID in fact make a note on my service sheet indicating that the hooter was not working and that my service advisor was suppose to inform me and do the necessary paper work and order the part as it is still under warranty... HE DID NO SUCH THING...

I was ensured on the 20th that there are hooter parts in Cape Town and that it would only take about 3 working days to get it fixed. To date I am still driving a car with no hooter, after numerous calls I have received no proper feedback but that it is in the process. Friday, 18th October I sent an email at 11:00am requesting if there was any feedback, I did not get a response and after calling this morning he said he did not check his emails since 10am on Friday and promised to get back to me by 12... I had to call him back at 14:00, which did not make me happy leading me to have to take it higher!
