I purchased a vehicle at this dealership and received no service at all. It is four months since the date of sale and I have not received the car registration papers. this is after waiting two months for the dealership to fix the car which had no hooter and everything that's on the steering wheel was not working. Luckily with the help for VW Strijdom Park I have a hooter. My concern is I have paid for the registration of the vehicle but I cannot claim ownership because of the poor service received. I complained to the dealer principal and his response was I can do as I wish. He only responded by saying "Noted".. this was on the 20th of september. All I want is the registration papers and numberplates which is evidence that I have the car and which I can give to the Insurance compnay as this is a requirement.
