Bongi really does try harder!

I have been experiencing trouble with getting back my vehicle from the panelbeaters, broken promises and shifting deadlines have plagued a month of uncertainty of when I should return my rental vehicle. Bongi has been very helpful in helping me renew my rental, usually on the day that it is due back, over the phone. She has been understanding of the frantic calls and has made it easier for me to access Avis service. Thank you so much for the service and for always trying harder.
