I had a misunderstanding with a salesman called William over my refund of R33, 000.00. I had to browse the internet and came across Charlie Raymond contact details, i picked my phone and explained everything to him and e handled the matter very professional and he also explained that the refund procedure will take place with 14 days and as per his promise i received my refund back. I would like to thank Mr Charlie for his high level of professionalism.
