Astoundingly good service wrt refund

I purchased a deal, but changed my mind when I contacted the supplier and was told I would need follow up maintenance sessions. I contacted City Slicker and explained my reason for requesting a refund. I immediately received a response and was told that my refund would be processed. Within the hour, I received a further confirmation that my refund had been processed and I could use the credit to purchase any other deal. I was so impressed! The query was handled smoothly, efficiently and with a wonderfully professional attitude. Thank you! I wish you could send that person who dealt with me to MTN to show them what customer service means!
