Once again poor service from Shell

Once again I visited the Shell service station in Eikenhof and once again I received NO service.
The last time this happend the owner and Shell promised me they would look into it and of course they never followed up on their promises. I should have know but I needed petrol, which of course I did not get because the staff were too busy chatting to each other to serve the customer.
There are enough service stations of different brands that I will NEVER need to go back to any Shell non-service station again.
All the other Shell franchise owners can blame Shell Eikenhof JHB.
DO NOT CALL ME TO MAKE MORE PROMISES AS YOU NEVER KEEP YOUR PROMISES AT SHELL SERVICE STATIONS!
