Overcharge

I am extremely unhappy with the service recieved at Total Rangeview today. One of the attendants somehow put 38 litres of petrol into my 35 litre tank. This then caused me to pay R501 as opposed to my usual R350. How is this possible when I still had a quarter tank of petrol. I wont even comment on the terrible behaviour of Bennett the manager and how he treated me.
