Ordered a Kia in April 2013 never got the ca

I must say i am extremely disgusted with KIA the glen, I ordered a brand new KIA RIO 1.4 TEC Auto. I ordered the car in April 2013. Up until now i have not heard from them. I had to run to the dealership up and down with my pregnant wife to ask them when the car is going to be ready. They told me it can take up to a maximum of 3 months until i get the car. I paid a R1000.00 deposit witch is still with them and i was given a run around story about KIA`s that are at the dock but its not the specification i ordered. I have purchased a brand new Audi A1 S Line and i have never been happier. You guys can take your KIA rio and shove it. I will always put your brand down as your service is pathectic.
