My mom paid R4, 500 for her car to be serviced before driving down to Durban... they replaced the fan belt and all sorts of things knowing where doing this long trip in her Mazda 323. On the way to Druban the fan belt snaps... can you believe after paying so much money. We had to tow the car, get a new fan belt after 4 days once the shops where open again.

On returning from my trip I called the Manager at the Car Hospital who never even said sorry... offered to check that they did replace the fan belt even though it was stated on the invoice. He called my mom back and not to say sorry, we can pay you back, etc... just to say he will look into it and call her back. This was last week and to date NO PHONE CALL.

What shocking service for the money my mom paid and she is a pensioner!
