Thanks to Justus Rabie for following up on an e-mail query that I had. I sent numerous requests for info and received replies promptly. On collecting my (motorbike) battery, I was guided to choosing the correct one as my battery was not the original spec. Jaco gave me good information on charging batteries and I found their customer service impeccable. As a cherry on the top, their price was great also. More companies should follow their example as many that I have dealt with in the past think that 'they are doing the customer a favour'.
