Fuel Consumption problem - unresolved for 2 years!

Good Day,

I am reporting this problem to Ford for I think maybe the 5th time in a row now.

I own a 2012 Ford Figo 1.4i Ambient. I have had countless number of run-ins with Ford about this car. And right now I am quite fed up with this vehicle.

I have reported to Ford Kempster Umgeni where I purchased my car from, a numerous amount of times about the fuel consumption and NOTHING gets done about it. This time I am not letting this past me. I want proper answers, tests and preferably from someone higher up in management to answer me about this!!! I am getting quite frustrated driving a vehicle that cannot go past 300km on a FULL tank of fuel! I am having to fill fuel twice a week due to this problem and to me that is unreasonable.
