Repairs overdue and no courtesy car available

My claim was approved on Jan 4th, '13. the car wasnt collected on Jan 8th as scheduled. only on Jan 23rd I got an sms advising that my car is in panelbeating... but had initialy been told that it went in on Jan 11th. to date it's still in panel beating. Neither Renew-It or the insurer is prepared to give me a courtesy car till my car is drivable.
