Ripped off by Renew-It Sandton

I took my BMW to Renew-It for a quote. When I asked them if they are BMW approved, they told me yes, they are a BMW approved repair centre. Based on this fact, I allowed them to quote me, for which I had to pay R 500. The next day I phoned BMW South Africa, and was told that Renew-It is not approved by BMW.
Because I was to, I asked Renew-It for my money back. The manager, Ahmed Vally told me in a rude manner, that I would not receive my R 500 back.
By the way, they quoted me R 7600 and a real BMW approved repair centre quoted for the same work R 4100!
Renew-It is not only grossly overcharging and ripping their customers off, but are also dishonest about being BMW approved.
