Empty Promises and Still no Payment

On the 7th of January 2014, I delivered my vehicle with all documents to 3Way auto. I was promised that I would receive payment for my vehicle later the day as they only do EFT's between 16h30 and 17h00 daily. NO PAYMENT was received. On the 8th I contacted Jaco to enquire regarding my payment, I was told that they must have reached their daily limit and that the payment will definitely happen the afternoon. To my surprize, still no payment. So far, I have phoned Jaco every morning, to be told to call him around 16h30, to remind him of the payment. 16h30 I call to hear promises of Immediate payment.
After a week of this I searched google to only find complaints similar to mine on various sites. I can only start to believe that this is a common occurence with this delearship. I have also lost on interest I would have earned if I had been paid on the initial date as promised.
