BAD BAD SERVICE

It is with sadness that I submit this, and I must say that it is the first time in this industry that we experience such bad service! We bought a new vehicle and it was not delivered on time due to bad communication in the company. Then we make an appointment for the vehicle to be picked up again for repairs, the guy just don't pitch after we arranged our whole day to accommodate this. My husband phones him to find out what is going on and his simple answer is that he is busy with clients!!! He is not sure if he will make it today but he will phone later to arrange! I am still waiting!!! It was a terrible terrible buying experience, although his manager David tried to rescue the situation, thanks for your trouble David (I know it is not your job dealing with simple issues like this and I am sorry that I have to make you part of it!)
