Bad sevice

Hi my fiance bought a Bantam bakkie in 2011. She serviced it at the Somerset West branch as she is staying in Kuilsriver. I went with her alot of the times to the garage. A while ago the aircon broke which is still under guarantee (4year). They refused to fixed it because they say it is wear and tear wich is not the case. Now they want to charge over R1700 to fix it.

On a previous occasion she had a problem with the passenger floor carpet getting wet. We had to call customer care to sort it out. The service advisor-Marlene is very rude and unhelpfull and the workshop manager is no where to be found when you want to get hold of him. They also dont check the brake discs and shoes during services as you can see the dums wasnt removed during the last service (got evidence)

I wont recomend them to anyone I know. Will be taking up the aircon matter with Ford SA.
