I bought a brand new polo from Divan a month back, witch at that time he gave me good service. At that time when I bought the car he explained that the number plates wont be ready at that time and it will take 2-3 working days so he supplied me temp number plates. For the first 3 weeks I had to phone Divan and asked him where the number plates are. Finally on the last day of the 3 weeks (when I phone him) he said my proof of address is wrong and I need to send him proof of address, so within an hour I sent him the new proof of address and also explained that my temp number plate also expires that day. Week 4 I phoned him about 4 times and explained to him my car is un roadworthy and I need to drive it every day. On the 02/10/13 I phoned him 5 times and left him messages and I get no response from him. Finally after sending this mail the manager Elise phoned me and told me she will sort it out. The next day she phoned me and told me I have a fine on one of my vehicles and I told her I will go and pay it now (That was 04/10/13) So here I am still without registration for my car 08/10/13 If I can advise others rather drive the extra 20 km to another vw branch
