My company bought a car at Zeda in October last year as a rep car for me.By December I received a replacement car as I was not satisfied with the first one.

Since December, we've been on them for my license and number plates. First there was a issue about payment as this car had smash & grab on which the other didn't and we needed to pay (double the going rate) for the smash and grab.

We paid this in Feb. Since Feb I've been on them for number plates etc. They said my car had to go for a roadworthy and only pitched on the 4th appointment (The rest they didn't show and also didn't bother to phone, either to cancel or apologies for not showing up) My previous number plates were loose and rattled something awful when I drove, never mind closing the boot.

FINALLY Friday 26 April 2013 they bring my new nr plates and it's still not fastened properly. They rattle when i drive and it sounds like im crashing my car when i close my boot.

Seriously?? How much effort can it be to properly put on a number plate?

If it was up to me, I'd take the car back and tell them to shove it where the sun don't shine today.

I'm appalled by the service, OR LACK THERE OF.
