Bad service

I have done a trade in at Solly's for another car. They were very eager to get my finance approved and helped me with insurance.
Then came the problems. I requested that they fit new tires to the vehicle cause the current ones where worn. Also asked for a wheel alignment to be done. Upon my collection, none of this were done. I had to fight to get two new tires. Then the extra cover which I declined, was loaded on my premium and I had to fight to get it removed. Then they promised me I will have my registration and number plates after a week or two. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. After constant phoning and numerous promises, two months later, I still don't have my number plates or registration disk. I was told that they have many clients and forgot about this. Then he had the cheek to ask me to sent him a reminder sms to sent me my plates. Still nothing. Again I had to phone and was told he will courier it to me. 4 Days later a courier phoned me to tell me he have to deliver a package and I will have to pay him R245 for it. Which I declined. How cheeky and skelm do you want?? Never ever will I use them again. If I do not receive my plates within the next week, I will have to cancel the deal.
