Friday 27th September while replacing 3run-flat tyres at Tiger Wheel & Tyre. I was told that the rim was cracked, on contacting BMW AutoGlen I was told that the rim would need to be seen to tell me if there was stock (there was no stock). I collected the rim from TW&T I took it to BMW after speaking to the parts department on the phone. On asking for assistance, the door host was unhelpful. A salesman ignored me while I waited for him to finish writing and then took a call, making me wait. I waited approx. 20 minutes and the R6000 rim was found through the VIN number (my trip was unnecessary) I carried the rim unassisted. BMW assist arrived late, meaning I had to remove the car on a damaged rim from TW&T to my house. BMW said they'd respond through Twitter (they did late). I was texted with slang to say that the rim had arrived (a day after it was supposed to) I was called on Wednesday 2nd October and asked about my experience. The call center placed me on hold while speaking, later I spoke to the parts manager and another AutoGlen employee to explain (no feedback was given) I emailed on Friday 4th October & am still waiting...
