Micro SD card disappeared service / No response

My vehicle went in for a service on 17 September 2013. I took it to Toyota on Bram Fischer Drive because this is just more convenient for me.
I used my GPS the morning getting to the workshop. When I got my car the afternoon the GPS was not working.
We established that the reason was that the micro SD card that was in my radio unit disappeared.
I requested from Toyota to sort this out. They sent someone from Bassex to me. He could not assist me.
I contacted Gridelec (they installed the original unit) on 3 October and they said that Toyota should order and pay for the part then they'll deliver. No one from Toyota has responded to my e-mail.
Totally unacceptable! Why do we ALWAYS have comebacks, surely the service should be great and you would want to go back to the specific branch? Or do I have it wrong?
