Car new, having problems, temporary car refused

I bought my car last year October and it had a problem 3 weeks ago, and I took to one of the dealerships and they said they can't see anything wrong with it. Then yesterday the problem went worse, and I took it back and was told the car is not safe to drive, and when I asked for a temporary car they told me I need to have my car checked and a report issued, but none of the dealerships can take my car in. And I also told I have to get a temporary car from one of the dealerships, but all of them say they don't have cars. Now my car has been towed away and I have no car to use and I need a car ASAP. They are all telling me there is nothing they can do. Where I bought the car they told me I need to call the head office (Audi SA) and they'll arrange a car for me, and they told me I have to get a car from the dealerships and that the only way they can arrange something is if they get a report from the dealership.
