Two months after i bought a brand new car a Zoyte Nomad in 2011, I wanted to return my car as there was so much wrong with it, i was promised by the dealership that they would make sure that my car is 100% right, two years down the line I'm still battling with service that has not been seen to or repaired from the time i too taking possession. I was stranded on Sunday morning at 6am as my Ignition seized, which was suppose to be repaired a year ago never been don, told by the manager that I have to get the car to the dealership and then he will give it his personal attention, i have now been told that its going to take 3 weeks for them to fix my car, i asked them if they are going to give me a courtesy car and was told no, I then phone Len and he said he is on 2 days leave and there is nothing he can do, he is not going to give me a car and he is the only one that decides and he is not going too, he will be back in the office on Monday and that when he will deal with this problem, i told him i need a car i cannot wait 3 w as i cant get to work, told him this is your dealerships mistake as they have not fixed my ignition when they had my car for 1 service as it was on the report
