Friendly and Helpfull Staff

I went to the Sasol Noordheuwel branch on Thursday, 3 October 2013 to make use of the carwash. To my surprise the vehicle would not start again after it was cleaned. After being stuck for about 10 minutes, 2 very friendly staff members came to my aid. They advised that it could be the battery and offered to make use of their private vehicle to jumpstart mine. Luckily that was the problem and I managed get mine started to have the battery replaced. Once again I would like to thank both of them for the friendly and helpful manner despite the fact that I did not get their names. I have to admit that I only noticed late afternoon that unfortunately my car was not cleaned properly!
