On Monday 21st Jan I e-mailed Yvette van Driel to point out a problem with a car booking at OR Tambo airport on the morning of 17 January (reservation No. 5124 23116). The same day I received a very polite apology and explanation of what had happened. My company was also given an immediate credit for almost the total bill. Outstanding service. Our company has been dealing with Europcar for a number of years, this is the first time anything has gone wrong and their immediate response was impressive.
