Good Day
On the 20 December, I contacted Adams to order my daughters school books and have them transfered to Adams & Griggs Musgrave Branch. Every year I deal with Rosemary who delivers excellent service, has a wonderful attitude and is very helpful. Sadly she was busy with another client at the time.
Nomsa assured me the books would be at Adams musgrave by the Monday. I was leaving for the UK on the Wednesday.By the time I realised that I hadn't received an sms it was too late to make any enquiries.
I have had to contact Adams from the UK.
I spoke to Sue, the manager of the section concerned. I gave her all the details regarding my order. I gave her my email address to which she was suppose to email me and advise me about my order. I contacted her on Tuesday/Wednesday this week, up to date I have had no feedback.
I have had to contact Adams yet again from the UK and this time I managed to speak to Rosemary who was very apologetic.
I still do not know whether my books will be available! I am very annoyed as I especially ordered them early to avoid disappointment of book been out of stock which is now the case. I can be contacted via [Email Removed] until this SundayM
