Hi, I refer to my prevous complaint which is still not resolved. I have phoned standard bank a few times, but despite their assurances, the latest policy document received shows it is not updated, and this debit order has still not run off my account. My mom has again gone into the bank. What more do i need to do? My concern is, that despite trying, we probably dont have valid policy for mu parents. It should not be so hard to update and correct?
This is the letter I sent through:
