Vehichle not Settled on time!!!

I traded in my vehichle for another vehichle on Imperial's floor, i got a settlement amount from the bank which was valid till the 11th of September the vehichle was only settled on the 17th of September with the old settlement amount instead of phoning to find out what was now due to settle the vehichle. I took the liberty of phoning my bank on the 26th of September to find out if the old vehichle was settled and was informed that the correct amount was not setttled from the dealer and that there is still an amount owing. I asked for a new settlement letter and immediately forwarded and phoned Imperial Boksburg and spoke to the Manager Carl to inform him. Well the today the 2nd of October the old vehichle is still not settled and went off my bank account last night. YOur admin service is not good at all maybe you should consider new staff that can actually do the work correctly!!! now i have more expenses due to the my debit orders being sent back at R115 per debit order as i have not budgeted for this to happen!!!
