Unacceptable poor service

The 24 th June 2013 my Steed double cab 4x4 was damaged in an accident. Repairs was only completed in October reason given by the repairer (Waiting for spares) When the the repairs were completed the problems started. The vehichle was moved to GWM Middelburg (Mpumalanga) The vehichle is still at GWM Middelburg now /_ 6 weeks.
Issues 1) Faulty Golw plug.
2) Battery.
3) 4x4 diff.
The issues are still not resolved every time I contact the dealership, they will give me feed back. Ido not get feedback.

SPARES: This type of long lead time to source parts is a poor reflection on the GWM Product.
REPAIRS/FAULT FINDING:???
