My van as been there for the last 2weeks, it has a problem with the motor it has a bearing knock! AND ITS WARRENTY FAULT AS THE VAN IS ONLY DOING UNDER 70 000 KMS ITS A 2012 MODEL
they been taking 10 different parts for 10 different reasons which has nothing to do with fixing my van they tell me that they waiting from head office every day its a different story MY COMPANY IS LOSING MONEY AS MY VAN IS NOT WORKING FOR ME ITS SITTING IN KIA IN PE AND THEY ARE OF NO HELP AS THEY SAY THATS WAT THEY HAVE TO DO YESTERDAY, THEY SAY TO ME THAT THEY GOT CONFERMATION FROM HEAD OFFICE TO REMOVE THE HEAD AND WHEN THEY DO THAT THEY GOT TO WAIT FROM HEAD OFFICE AGAIN ON A WAY FORWARD WHICH FOR ME DOESNT CUT IT! I OWN 15KIA VANS AND IM HOLDING 3 OFFERS TO PURCHASE AND STUFF LIKE THIS MAKES ME THINK TWICE ABOUT KIA AND THEY SERVICE AFTER SALES!
