On Tuesday 3rd September I rushed to Ackermans Menlyn to open an account. When I get there its approx 40min to closing time. I speak to a very relaxed gentleman at the door who sends me to a lady. I go to the lady and explain that I'd like to open an account, she tells me to wait while she fetches the forms. After a good 5 minutes passes she come back empty handed..."I'm sorry we don't have any forms, please come back tomorrow". "How do you not any forms" I asked, we go about he usual banter of poor service and a disappointed customer that I am. "Would you like to speak to the manger", she asked, "YES PLEASE". She gives the manager the heads up, as she appears while on the phone, she drops the phone and tells me she has asked another branch to fax a form. We wait and eventually the "in a very bad state" (because its a fax) comes through. I do my best to fill it. Afterwards I'm sent from pillar to post with nobody willing to help me. I eventually get helped, my ID is taken with the form and faxed and I go back home.

Three days go by with no response. On Saturday I go onto their website and sent 2 messages (still no response)... very disappointed!!!
