Bad service taken to record levels!

On 5th Sept, I took one of my cars, a Hyundai Atos reg no. VZK001GP to Hyundai Menlyn for some relatively minor repairs - not a service. On Mon 9th, I was called by Jacky, the service adviser and asked for a R1000 deposit, which I paid by EFT. This EFT was subsequently reversed, due to them giving me the incorrect a/c number, so on Fri 13th Sept, I went in & paid cash. That took me an hour to so, as Jacky was off ill & they couldn't find the job card, gave me a receipt in another name and kept me waiting, just to pay some money. On Mon 16th, I called to find out progress on my car - note they never call me - and had to leave a message. On Tues 17th, I called again to speak to the Service Manager, Jacques. He returned my call on Wed 18th and promised to investigate the progress and get back to me. I'm still waiting. Since then I've called every day and visited 3 times to find out what is happening until finally, today I went in & Jacky told me the car was ready. I paid the bill went to the car to find no spare wheel, car won't start and it is filthy dirty - I gave them a car that started & was clean. Now they've had the car 3 weeks. I've paid them but car isn't fixed. I give up!
