Car Doctor Secunda Pathetic service

This company has had my car for almost 7 weeks claiming to be doing repairs on it. on the 20th of September, the day when they were supposed to return my car they didn't even bother to call me by the end of the day, I was the one who contacted them to find out why my car hadn't been returned. They then informed that my car has been taken to Hyundai for repairs! I don't know what they had been doing the whole 6 weeks if they were only discovering problems with the car on the day they are supposed to return it to me. I have now had to stay in touch with the Hyundai garage myself because Car Doctor staff doesn't care at all and today I called Hyundai and they informed me that the car has been ready for collection since yesterday and Car Doctor hadn't bothered to fetch it! This is unacceptable service and this company needs to be exposed for the they really are!!!
