Budget Rent A Car
WAITING 6 DAYS FOR REFUND!!!

I returned my rental car last week Wednesday 18/09/2013. I gave my banking details to Len and he assured me that it takes 2 -3 day for the refund to be deposited into my bank account this after I paid CASH! Its Thursday today 26/09/2013 and i still didn't receive anything. Monday 23/09/2013 when i phoned they told me it will be in that same day. I'm still waiting. I had to make a plan to get to work this morning from Krugersdorp to Randfontein seeing that i dont have a cent on my name for petrol and im still waiting for the panelbeaters to fix my car. I phoned again this morning and they told me they will find out whats happening otherwise they will go and deposit it themselves at FNB!! I told them to let me know by 10:00 whats happening and yet its 10:10 as im busy typing and still no word!!!
